Acceptance of these terms
RepsBaby! is operated by SitBackMedia, a sole proprietorship operated by Jason Shields (“SitBackMedia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing the website, or using the RepsBaby! mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use RepsBaby!.
Accounts and account security
You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a RepsBaby! account.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address current. You are responsible for choosing a strong password, protecting your sign-in credentials and device, and for activity performed through your account.
Tell us promptly through the Contact page if you believe your account or authentication token has been compromised.
Personal use license
Subject to these terms, SitBackMedia gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use RepsBaby! for your own lawful fitness recordkeeping.
You may not sell, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer, interfere with, or commercially exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Exercise and health responsibility
RepsBaby! is a recordkeeping and suggestion tool. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, physical therapy, personal training, or individualized health advice. Exercise carries a risk of injury, and you are responsible for deciding whether a movement, resistance level, or workout is appropriate for you.
Consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional when appropriate. Stop exercising and seek suitable help if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath, or another concerning symptom. Review our Workout Safety guidance before using the app.
Workout records and cloud backup
RepsBaby! stores workout information locally for offline use and, in supported signed-in versions, synchronizes active and completed workout records with your account. Workout backup is included with every account and is not a paid Remove Ads benefit.
Synchronization depends on network and service availability and is not a substitute for records you are independently required to maintain. The service retains up to 250 completed workouts per account. Appearance preferences and other non-personal settings may remain device-local.
Advertising and Remove Ads purchase
The free iOS and Android versions may display third-party advertisements at natural breaks after selected completed workouts. Advertising availability and content can vary, and SitBackMedia does not endorse products or claims appearing in third-party advertisements.
Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple or Google Play and verified through RevenueCat. The price displayed by the applicable app store at purchase time controls. The entitlement removes RepsBaby! completion advertisements but does not promise additional features or services.
Purchases are subject to the applicable app store’s terms, payment rules, sharing availability, refund process, and account requirements. Use Restore Purchases to recover an eligible purchase. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, billing and refund requests are handled through Apple or Google Play.
Acceptable use
Do not use RepsBaby! to break the law, harm another person, probe or disrupt the service, spread malicious code, automate abusive requests, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, or attempt to access another user’s account or data.
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, SitBackMedia, or the service.
Ownership and feedback
RepsBaby!, including its software, design, branding, exercise catalog, and website content, is owned by SitBackMedia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, while you retain ownership of any rights you already hold in that feedback.
Third-party services and app stores
RepsBaby! depends on services such as hosting, email delivery, device operating systems, Apple, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, and app stores. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to your use of those services.
Apple and Google are not responsible for operating RepsBaby! or providing support for the service except as required by their own store rules.
Changes and availability
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We do not promise that RepsBaby! will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device, or able to preserve every locally stored record.
We may release updates that are required for continued use, security, or compatibility.
Account restriction and deletion
You may permanently delete your account from Account & Settings after confirming your current password. Successful deletion removes the server-side account, synchronized workout records, and credentials and clears that account’s workout history stored by RepsBaby! on the device. An eligible completed purchase is managed by Apple or Google Play and may remain restorable. You can also review the account deletion instructions or contact support for assistance.
We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these terms, security threats, unlawful activity, or prolonged service discontinuation.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepsBaby! is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SitBackMedia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or injuries arising from reliance on workout suggestions or estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, applicable law, and contact
We may revise these terms as RepsBaby! changes. The updated date above will change when we publish a revision, and additional notice will be provided when required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to your use of RepsBaby!, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you. Questions about these terms can be sent through our Contact page.
